By creating an account and saving your information, you will be able to:
- Proceed through checkout faster when making a purchase
- Check the status of orders

You login in your account to manage your personal information, such as password and shipping information.

Placing an order
When you're done shopping, click "Checkout" to place your order. All of the items in your shopping Cart appear in your order during checkout. If you don't want to order all of the items, simply edit your shopping Cart. During checkout, you will be asked to provide:
- Your e-mail address and password.
- The address you want to ship to.
- Your preferred shipping method.
- Your preferred payment method.
- Any coupon codes you have received.
If you would like to buy some items in your bag now, but you are not ready to buy all the items in your bag, you can click "Add to Wishlist". This feature moves the items you aren't ready to purchase out of your bag and allows you to buy only the items you want to buy now.
After you complete your purchase - or when you leave and return to the site - all the items you saved for later will be added back to your bag, so you can easily purchase them at that time.
Out of stock items
"Out of stock" means the item is temporarily unavailable. Once the item is re-stocked, it will be available for purchase again. If you don't want to miss the item, please visit our website regularly. For currently out of stock items, we will try our best to restock them. If you wish to receive a notification email that the item is back in stock, you can add your email address in the appropriate box and press the “Notify me when available” button.
Placing an Order
You will have a chance to verify the information in checkout and, if no changes are necessary, proceed to "Checkout". You will receive an e-mail confirming that your order has been received ,another one when your order has been shipped and finally another one providing you with a Tracking Number .
In order to redeem the coupon code you must enter it into the proper text field on the 'Discount Codes' page when checking out. You may only use one coupon code for each order. You cannot apply a coupon code to your order after you have completed the checkout.

1. The first confirms that your order was received
2. The second confirms that your order was shipped from our warehouse.
To view your order, visit online Order Status and log in with your account and password.
Online Order Status features include:
- Check order status
- Track a shipment
- View order history
- Print an invoice
On the Your Orders page, an order status message displays above each of your items. Order status messages include:
- Pending - We have not received your payment for the order. You can edit your order details by contacting our Customer Service.
- Processing - We have received your payment and the order is subject to payment verification.
- Payment Authenticated-Verified - We have verified your payment and your item(s) will be prepared soon.
- Process Shipment - We are preparing your item(s) to ship. While your item(s) is/are being prepared, we are unable to edit your order details.
- Shipped - Your order has been shipped.. A tracking number will be updated in online Order Status.
Track a shipment
- As soon as your item(s) have shipped, we'll send you a Shipment Notification email that includes your carrier and a carrier tracking number.
- You can also view shipping and delivery information in online Order Status. Click Track Shipment and the Shipment Status window will display the tracking number and shipping address. If you ordered multiple items, you may have separate tracking information for each item.
- To ensure safe delivery, most shipments require a signature on delivery.
You can cancel your order by sending email to firstname.lastname@example.org However, order cannot be canceled once it was already shipped. Once it is shipped, no refund will be made for items or shipping costs. If you are unable to cancel item(s) and need to make a return, please review the Returns & Refunds.
