Product Warranty

All Greek Airsoft products are covered by warranty of 12 months. The warranty is not valid if:

1. Modification or repair of any covered product or part by the end user or any non Greek Airsoft related technician; or
2. Improper use or installation, failure to conduct regular maintenance, or damage by accident or neglect, of any covered product or part by the end user or any third party; Or
3. The use of non Original Manufacturer accessories and parts.

Batteries of any kind are not covered by warranty whatsoever.

Return Policy

The return policy applies to any purchase made through www.greekairsoft.gr website. We offer a 14 Days Return Policy for factory defective items from the date of arrival at your shipping address. No handling fee will be charged for any returned item, but you are responsible however for the return shipping costs. Any item lost in the mail will NOT be responsible by Greek Airsoft. All returns, for any reason, must be packaged with instruction booklets and all other supplied accessories when it was first delivered to you.

The returned item from you must meet the requirements stated below:

- You are responsible for the return shipping cost
- Customized products are not refundable under any circumstances
- All returned items, must arrive in their original package with the instructions booklets and all

other supplied accessories when it was first delivered to you.

How to Return

Before you return your items, you must contact us and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA). Any returns sent without a RMA number will not be accepted by Greek Airsoft.

Please include the following information when returning an item:

1. The RMA number requested from our customer service team
2. A copy of your original invoice with the RMA number (inside the shipping box).
3. A note stating the reason of the return.

Refunds

Once we receive your item(s), a refund will be processed. The way your refund is processed depends on your original payment method. Customized products are not refundable and not exchangeable in any circumstances. For more information about this issue, please contact contact@greekairsoft.gr.

Changes and cancellations

You can cancel your order by sending an email to contact@greekairsoft.gr. However, no order can be canceled once it is shipped. If you are unable to cancel item(s) and need to make a return.
