Classic Army was the very first ever company to mass produce metal MP5 models. Their model bear beautifull engravings of the B&T logo (Brugger & Thomet) as they are a fully licensed product.
The MP5A2 utilizes a fixed stock. The A2 indicates the early HK trigger group that was made famous by the SAS. The model is constructed of metal, except the handguard, the stock and the lower receiver which are made of Nylon Fibre plastic. The metal parts are actually lightweight aluminum that make the AEG sturdy but light at the same time.
The rear sight can be adjusted to different lighting apertures as does the real deal HK sights. The handguard is wider than the tradition MP5 handguards and allows more comfortable handling. You'll never run dry with this AEG because Classic Army is offering it with a high capacity magazine that holds 200 rounds! The battery rests in the stock and its size allows to keep a Large Type in there that will allow you to play all day long.
As the externals, the gearbox is full metal. The internals come preupgraded with polycarbonate piston, piston head, cylinder head, metal bushings and a High Torque motor. The new design Hop Up mechanism, makes adjusting easier and safer, as the adjusting rod is kept inside the dummy bolt cover. Its velocity is a mere 320 FPS and its barrel is just 254 mm but at the end of the day, the gun shoots like a dream and it will dominate every CQB field. The provided magazine is metal and holds 200 BBs. The model is compatible with most MP5 magazines in the market.
