The KAC PDW is the King (or due its size, we might call it the Prince) of CQB games. Its weight that is barely over 2 kilos (2180 gr) makes it easy to use all day long. Dboys did a wonderful job replicating this AEG, at a more lower price than its High End cousins. The model still utilizes the same features that made the PDW famous. The controls remain in the same position, so M4 users will have no problem adjusting to this weapon, plus they are fully ambidextrous. The upper receiver is a continuous system with the front set (monolithic system). The short barrel and folding buttstock facilitate the entrance and exit from vehicles as the overall length of the weapon does not protrude beyond the shoulders when worn across the body. The PDW bears front and rear flip up sights. The model comes with a KAC style vertical grip that keeps the little bugger steady.
The PDW utilizes a standard Version 2 Gearbox. The model comes pre-upgraded and shooting at 330 FPS. Its 230 mm barrel is short enough but then long enough to engage targets at long ranges. The package includes an external barrel extention that could conceal a longer 280 mm barrel.
The package contains everything a player needs to grab and go. The Dboys KAC PDW comes with a medium capacity magazine, battery box, battery, charger, QD sling swivel, barrel extention, vertical grip and speed loader.
The Knight's Armament Company 6?35mm PDW is an experimental personal defense weapon designed by KAC, firing a new 6mm cartridge optimized for short barrel weapons. As with all personal defense weapons, the KAC PDW is intended to be compact and lightweight (similar to submachine guns), but have a longer useful range (out to the low end of combat rifle ranges, 250–300 m).
