This is a carefully and exactly made replica of the M4A1 carbine that has got engraved the markings of the real firearm of the Colt Company. Thanks to the production on the license of the producer of the real firearm the replica is visually identical with the original weapon.
The replica body, the stock’s pipe, the outer barrel, the RIS rail set and almost all of the minor elements are made of a metal. The pistol grip and the stock are made of plastic. The set includes a metal hi-cap type magazine holding 300 BB pellets what allows to provide fire for a longer period of time. An adjustable five position stock was used in the replica. The stock also carries the battery.
The replica is equipped with a KAC style RIS rail set which are located in the front in the place of the ordinary front-grip as also on the top of the replica’s body under the carrying handle. The carrying handle itself is detachable what allows to attach an optical sight in its place. Similarly, the front RIS rail set allows to attach different equipment – starting with a tactical flashlight, through a laser target market and ending on a vertical tactical grip. The RIS rails themselves are made very precisely with the use of the CNC technology.
The replica’s muzzle velocity reaching about 350 FPS makes this replica a perfect tool to provide fire on short and middle distances and also for CQB type games – in this case the compact dimensions of the replica and its built are also very important; this is a model especially designed for games in small and tight rooms.
The replica is equipped with the BAXS system that is an equivalent for the Hop-Up system with a slightly modified construction which allows to gain a longer and more stable BB pellet trajectory.
The package includes the all metal M4A1 CQBr carbine, its metal High Capacity magazine, a battery and its charger.
The M4 carbine is a family of firearms that was derived from earlier carbine versions of the M16 rifle, which was in turn derived from the original AR-15 rifle that Eugene Stoner designed and ArmaLite made. The M4 is a shorter and lighter variant of the M16A2 assault rifle. It is a gas-operated, magazine-fed, selective fire, shoulder-fired weapon with a telescoping stock and 14.5 in (370 mm) barrel to ease close quarters combat. Like the rest of the M16 family, it fires the .223 caliber, or 5.56mm NATO round.
The M4 carbine is heavily used by the U.S military. It will eventually replace the M16 rifle for most combat units in the United States Army. The winner of the Individual Carbine competition was to supplement the M4 carbine in U.S. Army service; all other services will continue using the M4 carbine and M16 rifles. The Army cancelled the Individual Carbine competition without selecting a replacement rifle and instead plans to equip soldiers with the improved M4A1.
