The M4 S-Sytem features a coveted and versatile design, sporting a full length one piece 14.5 inch AR barrel with a full metal integrated rail system and a retractable stock. This model sports a full metal receiver that is sturdy and solid and its 3300 gr weight makes it a beast. It is one of the best choices for an AEG and also is one of the best deals around because of its low price tag that includes the full metal rail system and a retractable stock. The 6 position LE type stock can be adjusted according to the player needs. Also, the Dboys M4 S-System features an adjustable hop up, an adjustable ARMS type rear sight and of course, the retractable 6 position stock for extra comfort. The upper rail is stretched all over the body and front grip, which eliminates the barrel wobble problem and the construction as a whole is stronger and stiffer. With full Tokyo Marui parts compatibility and many other aftermarket upgrade parts compatibility, this AEG can be easily customized and upgraded. The rail system that replicates the Barrett M468 system, further adds onto the upgrade potential of this gun, since you can add an almost endless amount of tactical accessories to it, including flashlights, scopes, lasers, and grenade launchers.
The model uses a standard version 2 gearbox with upgraded interna parts. Its brass 370 mm barrel is set up for long distance shots. The end of the barrel is 14mm (-) threaded to allow any silencer to be attached on the gun. Its magazine is metal and can accommodate 300 BBs. Pulling back the charging handle, reveals the adjustable Hop Up mechanism. The battery is stored inside the rail system (which is one of the few rail systems that can do that) and the space is big enough for a Mini type.
The package includes the S-System, its magazine, battery and charger.
The M4 carbine is a family of firearms that was derived from earlier carbine versions of the M16 rifle, which was in turn derived from the original AR-15 rifle that Eugene Stoner designed and ArmaLite made. The M4 is a shorter and lighter variant of the M16A2 assault rifle. It is a gas-operated, magazine-fed, selective fire, shoulder-fired weapon with a telescoping stock and 14.5 in (370 mm) barrel to ease close quarters combat. Like the rest of the M16 family, it fires the .223 caliber, or 5.56mm NATO round.
The M4 carbine is heavily used by the U.S military. It will eventually replace the M16 rifle for most combat units in the United States Army. The winner of the Individual Carbine competition was to supplement the M4 carbine in U.S. Army service; all other services will continue using the M4 carbine and M16 rifles. The Army cancelled the Individual Carbine competition without selecting a replacement rifle and instead plans to equip soldiers with the improved M4A1.
