The G26 was designed for concealed carry. It has a small frame and shot barrel that make it easy to carry in the airsoft filed. Even with the small frame size, the G26 retains the width of a full size G series which allows the shooter to get a better hold and have more control over the firearm. Even though it is a smaller firearm in general and the internal parts have been moved closer together, the G26 is still a Glock and carries along with it that well known reliability What makes this model different than the standard Glock 26/27 is its full automatic capability.
The pistol is equipped with a blowback recoil system. After the last shot is fired, the slide locks to the rear position. The Hop Up system is regulated by a knob, to which access is obtained by removing the slide. Just like the original pistol, the slide is made of metal, while the frame is made of durable composite. The replica has two safety systems avoiding uncontrolled shot. One is integrated trigger safety and second is trigger lock, activated by moving the plate with the serial number of replica. Under the barrel there is a 20mm Picatinny rail allowing the attachement of tactical flashlight or laser pointer.
The Glock pistol, sometimes referred to by the manufacturer as a Glock "Safe Action" Pistol, is a series of polymer-framed, short recoil operated, locked breech semi-automatic pistols designed and produced by Glock Ges.m.b.H., located in Deutsch-Wagram, Austria. They were the second pistols to incorporate polymer frames (HK P70 being the first). Glock pistols are extremerely reliable and they are considered the AKs of pistols. The Glock 26 is a 9mm variant of the subcompact line of Glocks.
