The new line of Tactical Belts from Pentagon came about through customer demand.
The Tactical Operator Rigger’s Belt was designed for Military, Tactical Law Enforcement and Rescue Personnel. This belt is a semi-rigid extremely comfortable high quality trouser belt.
Constructed from 2 layers of High Tensile Nylon Webbing which has a High Tensile breaking strength. The forged steel V Ring type adjuster buckle has a load rating of 2500lbs.
The Tactical Operator Rigger’s Belt has a solid 304 Stainless Steel buckle. With a quick click of a carabineer, the operator belt can be used for support in extreme emergency climbing situations. While not designed as a climbing harness, in an emergency the belt can be quickly attached to a carabiner for support.
The buckle is PVD coated to prevent shinning and reflecting. This gives an extra advantage to the gunfighter, as it will not give away your position...
Imported from the UK, P40 Milspec Nylon thread is used throughout to ensure an extremely rugged construction.
A plastic insert is sewn between the two layers of webbing for extra stiffness to prevent the belt from sagging when wearing pistol holsters or drop-leg harness rigs. The end result is a nice stiffness vs comfort ratio belt good for attaching a holster to. It isn't as stiff as a duty belt, but offers more rigidity than some chump leather belt.
A generous portion of velcro allows for ease in adjustability and security of your extra slack. The end has been rounded off and coated or heat treated so it won't fray.
The 1.5 inch (40 mm) width is compatible with most tactical pants.
