The 1943 style pistol is essentially a Colt Commander M1911, sporting a full sized frame with a medium sized slide.
The model it true to the WE tradition of metal 1911s. The pistol slide, the outer barrel and frame are metal, which give a hefty and realistic feeling to the whole construction.
The grips are polymer and have the typical brownish hue found in the Army models.
Both front and rearr sights are metal and integrated to the slide.
This medium sized 1911 has an interesting barrel configuration. It bears a bull barrel and a visible spring guide, so when the slide is cocked you can see the full size spring guide just like in a HiCapa pistol.
The pistol is gas operated, semi Automatic with a very crisp and realistic blowback function. The pistol bears WE's third generation Mega Flow valve that allows for advanced power and operating levels.
Its adjustable Hop Up is located inside the slide as in every other WE 1911 model.
Its metal magazine can hold 15 BBs and enough gas to shoot all of them and some more. It is compatible with every other WE 1911 magazine.
