G&G's Combat Machine line has been an incredible hit throughout the airsoft world, becoming what is arguably the most popular budget-friendly AEG line available today, and now they have stepped up their game yet again. The G&G CM16 Carbine GBB II is essentially the same Combat Machine platform that you have come to know and love, but with a Gas Blowback system instead of a gearbox.
The ultimate combination of durability, performance and value!
Externally, the gun features the same high quality polymer receivers as the other Combat Machines. Functionality is the same as the typical M4A1 carbine. It has a 6 position retractable LE stock. The carrying handle is removable, it bears the rear sight and when removed it reveals a standard Picatinny rail.
Both front and rear sights are adjustable. To keep your carbine close to you, it offers two sling attachment points, on the stock and the front sight post.
Because the CM16 Carbine GBB II is based off of the Combat Machine platform, its internals can be swapped over to make it an AEG gun.
As per all Gas operated models, it sports a functional charging handle and bolt catch, maximizing the realism factor. Pull and release the charging handle to load the first BB in the barrel. When the magazine runs empty, the bolt catch will keep the bolt back. Replace the magazine and hit the release to send the BB flying downrange.
The model runs on 30 round metal magazines, that stores both the 6mm plastic BBs and the Gas required for its function.
Depending on which Gas you use and environment conditions, the model will shoot anywhere between 300 and 400 FPS, which instantly becomes a hit for both indoor and outdoor games.
